God Mode!
Ok so this one is extremely cool and has a ton of potential.
For some time now we’ve had real-time updates for players when a creator makes changes within their world — altering the environment in real time and offering a ton of possibilities for unique player — builder interactions.
Now we’ve taken this a step further and given builders the ability to see players inside their worlds in real time! This is a truly incredible feature that we’ve been super excited about for some time — we’re thinking cross platform games where the creator has to work with the player to survive, or even compete against other builder / player teams!
This is just the beginning — and I think you’ll agree this is a super futuristic feature that really highlights the amazing cross platform capabilities of Realm — nice job team!
Realm Academy Ep 12: Loot Spawns and QoL Improvements!
The episode kicks off by running through some awesome quality of life updates that have been launched lately, including ENABLING JETPAKCS (yes — its finally here!), setting the sun angle and shadows, rotatable spawnpoints and other awesome features!
Next, the latest installment of the Realm Academy series from Arty brings you info on working with loot! This dope episode shows how to add loot spawns to your world, as well as the limitations to ensure fairness and game balance!

This also lays the groundwork for adding custom loot to your worlds in the future — imagine going to check out a realm knowing that it might spawn some rare art or items! Theres so much in store for creators and players alike.
