Please take the time to read these guidelines carefully. In order to claim your IDO spot, these steps must be followed. These guidelines are for Uniphoenix holders only.

For those who hold a Uniphoenix, this guide is for you. If you do not hold a Uniphoenix, please do not do this.
Guidelines For Realm Uniphoenix Holders
Below are the guidelines for Realm Uniphoenix holders.
VERY IMPORTANT! Please read these guidelines carefully. These steps must be followed in order to claim your IDO spot.
- Realm Uniphoenix holders have to send $300 USDT to this ERC-20/BEP-20 wallet address: 0x1123C83F5504c2d4D15912902f5aC9f9b71814Ef by September 14th, 2021 at 11am UTC. You can transfer on both Ethereum (ETH) and Binance Smart Chain (BSC)
- The Realm Uniphoenix is not allowed to be transferred after sending the USDT. Otherwise you will lose your right to participate in the IDO
- To participate in the IDO, the Realm Uniphoenix has to be held until after you’ve received your first batch of $REALM tokens
- The Realm IDO happens on September 14th, 2021 at 1pm UTC. The $REALM token price is $0.036. You will receive $REALM shortly after the IDO, between 1–1.30pm UTC
- $REALM will be sent to you via BSC. The vesting terms for $REALM’s IDO participants are: you will receive 25% up front and then 25% every quarter
- You may trade your Uniphoenix after receiving the first batch of $REALM, and you will still receive $REALM as planned in the vesting schedule
- If you hold multiple Uniphoenixes, you must transfer $300 USDT x the number of Uniphoenixes in one TX. For example, if you hold two Uniphoenixes, you must transfer $600 USDT in the same TX
