Realm AR Portal Contest
UPDATE
We are extending the deadline of the contest in order to let new Alpha Testers have a chance to enter! To stay fair to those who entered early, we revealed the person who won the Most Popular prize on Instagram, and we are reserving the Realm Pick and the Community Pick prizes for a later date! Alpha testing has been open to select members of the Realm community for two months now, and we think it’s time for our testers to show off their experience with the app! That is why we are hosting this AR Portal Contest — so Alpha testers can show us what it looks like to open portals to Realm from anywhere in the world.
The rules are simple:
- Take a screenshot or video of an AR portal wherever you are in the world. No photoshop please!! This must be a real screen capture of what it looks like when you open a portal.
- Upload your entry (video or picture) to Instagram (it must be a post, not just a story) and tag @Enter_Realm and use the hashtags #EnterRealm and #PortalToRealm in the caption
- Then, once you have uploaded your entry, check out the hashtag #PortalToRealm and like the other entries that jump out to you!
- We will award 3 prizes for the best submissions:
- Most popular: The post tagged with #PortalToRealm and #EnterRealm that receives the most likes will win 1 Belt in the Realm Metaverse and 250 $REALM!!
- Community pick: The top 10–20 Instagram posts will be put into a poll on our Telegram channel, and the community will be able to vote for the one they like the post. The one that wins will receive 1 Belt in the Realm Metaverse and 250 $REALM!!
- Realm pick: We at Realm will pick the entry we like the most, and that person will receive 1 Belt in the Realm Metaverse and 250 $REALM
The contest will be open for THREE WEEKS from the 21st of April to the 12th of May so take your time to submit the best quality content you can capture! The Community Pick poll will open on the 9th of May (giving the community 3 days to pick from the best entries). We want to say thank you to our dedicated Alpha testers for helping us find bugs and glitches, so here is your chance to win some $REALM, acquire some land, and show off our metaverse!
