The 1st round of our land sale was an incredible success. All of the Court and Crescent plots were sold out and only a small number of belt spaces went unclaimed (this was mostly due to high Gas fees on the Ethereum chain, which we will be addressing in the 2nd sale. Improvements for the 2nd Land Sale

We have learned a lot in the first round of land sales. We will use those lessons in our approach to round 2. Originally, we listed an equal amount of land on the Ethereum (ETH) and Binance Smart Chain (BSC). This was to make the sale as fair as possible. However, the result was that the land on BSC sold out almost instantly, while some belts on ETH remained unsold. This was due to incredibly high gas fees on ETH, which sometimes got higher than the price of the land itself.

As a result, to make the whole process better for round 2, we’ve decided to do the following:

1. We will offer more land on BSC and less on ETH in round 2. At time of writing, there are over 500 Realm holders on ETH and over 3500 holders on BSC. We will be offering a total of 3 courts, 40 crescents, and 256 belts in this round. On BSC we will sell 2 courts, 30 crescents, and 256 belts, with the remaining court and 10 crescents sold on ETH.

The Four Steps to Your Piece of The Metaverse

The second round of the land sale will be a 10-day event. Land will be allotted on a first come, first served basis, so get in early. In order to buy land in the Metropolis, you need to collect enough $sREALM to charge the Singularity and create a portal. You do this by following these steps:

1. Stake $REALM tokens at https://www.realm.art/land To earn $sREALM.
2. If you hold $REALM on BSC, stake in the BSC pool. If you hold $REALM on ETH, stake in the ETH pool. Tokens will be locked for 10 days from the day you start staking.
3. For every $REALM you stake for 1 day you will earn 1 $sREALM. The longer you stake, the more $sREALM you receive. For example: 100 $REALM for 10 days = 1000 $sREALM.
4. As soon as you have the minimum amount of $sREALM you can pay the required $sREALM and the USDT price for the land.

Key Information: How To Stake $Realm and Buy Land

• The second round of Realm staking and the land sale starts Wednesday November 3rd at 5:30PM UTC.
• Tier prices are in $sREALM plus USDT cost.
• The price of land will increase by roughly 15% each round.
• Realm land can be traded like any other NFT. You can buy land in the Realm Metaverse, and trade or sell if for $REALM.
• The sale will be available on two chains to make it fair for holders on both chains. More land will be available on BSC.
• Tokens will be locked for 10 days from the day you start staking.
• Staking works like this: you will get 1 $sREALM for every $REALM staked every 24 hours. $sREALM tokens are accrued every few minutes. The longer you stake, the more $sREALM you will get.
• Land is available on a first come, first served basis. Once you’ve mined enough $sREALM, you can immediately buy your land with the correct amount of USDT.
• $REALM holders in BSC stake in the BSC pool. $REALM holders on ETH stake in the ETH pool.
• At this time, there is no bridge for BSC to ETH for $sREALM.
• The specific plot of land in your Tier is randomised.
• Land is limited to one per Tier per wallet.
• Land will be airdropped on Polygon once staking ends.
